Overall experience was decent, training and development was great, opportunities to hit targets were scarce, and the targets themselves were quite ambitious. Solid culture, grateful to develop my skills here. Met some great people and had fun, however there was clear favoritism for those who hit their targets, making it hard for others to do so.

It was good at the start and went downhill fast, hired way too many people in sales without any thought about supporting actual accounts and customers. Then fired everybody because churn went through the roof. Pretty pathetic really.

Massively overhired and recycled the same leads through each cohort. Eventually started doing equally as massive layoffs
