It was good at the start and went downhill fast, hired way too many people in sales without any thought about supporting actual accounts and customers. Then fired everybody because churn went through the roof. Pretty pathetic really.

It’s very high stress at Podium. You can make good money if you have a good leader and vertical. C-suite can have unrealistic expectations and make drastic changes that don’t work.
