Changed the comp plan to add VOIP. If we include VOIP its 14% commission, if we don't its 4% commission. Leadership keeps leaving, and SDR support is now offshore in PK with a big language barrier. Onboarding team also finds any reason to halt a customer to get up and running. Lot of issues in Podium. Great place to learn if you want to take everything on yourself. 3 month missing quota you are let go.

Great company that rewards it's sales reps who put in the effort. Managers feed top performers more than new reps, so it's a grind to make your way to the top

Lots of churn, strained relationships between SDRs and AEs because of how "qualified meetings" are held against them. SDR wants them to be considered "qualified" even if it doesn't close, but AE does NOT want to "qualify" the meeting if they didn't close because then it would count against them.
