Lots of churn, strained relationships between SDRs and AEs because of how "qualified meetings" are held against them. SDR wants them to be considered "qualified" even if it doesn't close, but AE does NOT want to "qualify" the meeting if they didn't close because then it would count against them.

Podium is a dumpster fire. They lure you in with super high compensation and hire anybody with a pulse. Turnover was insanely high and Podium doesn’t care - people were constantly quitting and getting fired (12 months after I started at Podium, 26 out of 30 people in my hire group weren’t at Podium anymore).
