Podium has done very well executing sales, but struggles to understand market competition and how to position itself against the competition. They dedicate a lot to the engineering team and development but fall short of translating how to sell this to the customers, especially at a much higher price point than most competitors. The customers they're losing rave about their competition, even though their main competition is significantly less funded then Podium.

Terrible leadership at the top. Managers act like they care, only a couple of them do. I was part of trimming the fat in August when there were reps who played the game and are still there. Top reps are scumbags, culture is absolutely garbage. If you are hot, you'll get any deal you want, even if it makes no sense and it is against all the rules. Garbage.

There are great people who work here and it is a good product. However, the sales cycle and lead generation are very poor. Most of the leads that are added to your pipeline are very low-quality leads, and you have to do your own research.
