Downhill. Postman continues to struggle on pricing and finding overall identity in market. Senior leaders are continuously rotated. Those who communicate honest feedback on the product are fired or managed out.

It’s hard to tell who’s actually leading the sales org these days. Some weeks it’s the CEO, other times it’s Marketing, but it’s almost never the actual sales leaders. Never seen a company that micromanages their sales process the way Postman does. They think every account functions like a fortune 100 and pay no attention to the mid market team.
