I hit the kpis needed but it didn’t generate enough quality meetings. There’s plenty of opportunity to earn there just have to make sure the meetings are quality and make sure you generate a good amount.

Leadership is very out of touch with the reality of the sales team. Hopefully the new CRO turns things around, but he is from a completely unrelated industry.
