The CEO assumed leadership of the sales team last year and just brought in a new CRO. In that time a lot of poor GTM decisions were made. Leadership is very out of touch with the reality of the sales team. Hopefully the new CRO turns things around, but he is from a completely unrelated industry.

More internal politics at play than needs to be for the customer org to be successful. Great product market fit. It's their market to lose.
