The CEO assumed leadership of the sales team last year and just brought in a new CRO. In that time a lot of poor GTM decisions were made. Leadership is very out of touch with the reality of the sales team. Hopefully the new CRO turns things around, but he is from a completely unrelated industry.

Downhill. Postman continues to struggle on pricing and finding overall identity in market. Senior leaders are continuously rotated. Those who communicate honest feedback on the product are fired or managed out.
