Proofpoint remains an industry leader. In the commercial organization we have seen an increase in pressure to perform and to be accurate with forecast linearity. Pre-IPO is pushing everyone really hard to the point of some micro managing on KPI's and weekly forecast.

Stagnate in the market, high customer attrition, and no one is hitting quota. Good products but Proofpoint is clueless how to counter competitors or work with the channel to increase inbound opportunities. Pay and benefits are great, low and mid level management is great. Everyone generally seems checked out and disconnected with no real culture.
