Started well but pay increase due internal promotions are strictly capped so I am now one of the most experienced and longest tenured reps getting paid much less than all those who have joined in the past 2 years. Have had no pay increase for 3.5years

Everybody needs email protection and Proofpoint is a market leader. So it's easy to find new customers. It's just really expensive and there are TONS of decent competitors in the market.
