Current Employee Great products. Some recent turnover in the sales org. If you are in a named role, Enterprise or Mid-Market, you’ll be an a good spot. Great front line leaders and next level leadership in those orgs. If you’re considering a role in the commercial sales org, different story. While there are some great leaders in that segment, the company is slowly but surely removing internal resources and removing a lot of pricing/quoting control among many other changes. All resources that have remained in place for the other segments. Coupled with lengthy and overcomplicated internal process and territories changing hands every year, it’s increasingly difficult to be successful. The company itself will ultimately be successful and has always trended in that direction but the outlook in the commercial sales org has become very poor over the course of 2025.
