Well respected name and relevant tech with very happy customers. While the base comp is on the low side, overall OTE can be very lucrative. Fast paced, production-first leadership style.

Stagnate in the market, high customer attrition, and no one is hitting quota. Good products but Proofpoint is clueless how to counter competitors or work with the channel to increase inbound opportunities. Pay and benefits are great, low and mid level management is great. Everyone generally seems checked out and disconnected with no real culture.

Lots of changes happening. Not all great not all terrible. RTO policy seems to be causing friction. Lower compensation compared to similar roles
