The pipeline disparity is huge at Qualified. Some AEs are given amazing territories with tons of prebuilt pipe. Others are forced to start from the top.

Toxic culture. Won’t let you take PTO and makes you feel bad about it when you do. Huge ego on some individuals, sprinkled in with some really good people. Spreads fear into the entire sales org.
