Toxic culture. Won’t let you take PTO and makes you feel bad about it when you do. Huge ego on some individuals, sprinkled in with some really good people. Spreads fear into the entire sales org. Threatens with pips, doesn’t offer help on how to improve. Tells people they’re easily replaceable, pointless internal meetings weekly, recycles old non ICP accounts to new reps. Base & comp aren’t worth it for your mental health.
