The MM and Ent quota attainment seems relatively low, even compared to industry standard.

Is there any recent indication of, notably the Ent attainment, being better/worse than what's shown?

Attainment is historically low, especially in MM, like REALLY low in the last 2 quarters.

In the past 1.5 years, it has been closer to 30% for MM

In Ent its very lopsided.  1-2 massive deals making an area look good, lots of folks way way off quota.

There were some layoffs that decompress some territories that were not performing. But other than that no other indication

Yeah the company shares quota attainment as a whole and it’s in the 40’s so the data here is correct.

However, that is the average. I would say the majority Ent. reps are hitting between 30% to 50% with only a very few hitting much higher which skews the average.

The ENT sales quota attainment is not great at all unless you get a miracle deal which is rare depending on the current customers you’re given

obviously skill and effort goes into the equation for hitting but all things being equal, your book you are assigned matters. If you are interviewing, you have to understand accounts and which customers are in your book.

I'm seeing 44% shown here and I think that seems quite high in terms of quota attainment for both MM and ENT.

Attainment has been low for the past few years - I've learned a lot, got. a great territory now but o2e is something i'm only now reaching in my 4th year
