What is the company / sales org stance on opening back up offices?  More remote flexibility on the sales team?

Offices are slowly opening back up internationally, however in the US there is a limit of 6 people per office per day: you need to wear a mask + request to be in the office. Until end of June all employees can work remote. Then they are re-evaluating.

I would also share that, generally speaking, they won't hire you if you don't live within commuting distance of one of their offices. The main goal for leadership is to get people back to the office. They will hire you remote, but will expect you to work in office (possibly hybrid) when things open up.

We've pushed it as an org past 2021 and into 2022. Maybe we won't go back to the office next year, however the Qualtrics leadership has made it clear that getting back into the office is the plan and you must be near one of the office locations.

The offices opened up and those working in office are expected to show up. Although some offices have a more "remote" culture where its up to you whether or not to show up. If you work in the Provo office some feel the expectation is you'll be there.

to update, now the RTO policy is 4 days in the office a week.  For the sales teams, the junior folks are expected to be in the office frequently, enterprise AEs still have a lot of remote flexibility (I've been asked to go into office once a week).
