Smart people, but leadership seems to lack direction. We continue missing targets (which are obv too high) and there is a lack of accountability. Mid-level leaders do not have autonomy or decision making power, and your experience will largely be based on who you report to. The core product is still a leader - but our roadmap for AI and innovation feels... messy. Lacking execution. When I joined we were SHARP on the roadmap and customers loved our new capabilities. Only a handful of orgs were ahead of where our product was. Now the inverse feels true. Comp is ok, but KPIs evolve and internal disruption impact ability to hit targets. Its clear they are trying to move sales to more of an account manager role, but the infrastructure for this does not exist.
