Qualtrics had amazing leadership, culture, and opportunity years ago. With the sell off to SAP, spin off to go public, and then sell off to Silverlake, it’s lost its values with each consecutive annual change. It’s now a cutthroat environment with the mere shell of a culture. It’s sad I can no longer advocate for a company I once loved.

It’s a really hard job since it’s in tech when tech is in a downturn and the product is a “nice-to-have” when budgets are more scrutinized than ever. On top of that, constant whispers of layoffs among the private equity take over along with like 10% of sellers hitting quota have really diminished the culture.

Qualtrics has changed significantly and has become less sales friendly. Commission structure has weakened while adding more work to the AE's. Unfortunately favoritism still plays a key role with regards to who gets some on the best accounts and promotions.
