It was good for a little bit. I ended up constantly losing accounts and having to fight for commission on some deals. Even being top in sales for the year, they wouldn't offer a pay raise. There were too many reps and not enough were hitting, and most companies pay better. I went through the SAP acquisition, the IPO, and then they were acquired by a VC company and laid off a bunch of people.

Really loved the culture before a few rounds of layoffs. Really enjoyed the friends but the reality is a lot weren’t performing, which sucks. Culture has improved since. Compensation structure and sales incentives are off the charts. If you’re in a good vertical, in the right market unit, and work hard - you can make an insane amount of money
