Really loved the culture before a few rounds of layoffs. Really enjoyed the friends but the reality is a lot weren’t performing, which sucks. Culture has improved since. Compensation structure and sales incentives are off the charts. If you’re in a good vertical, in the right market unit, and work hard - you can make an insane amount of money

sinking ship. Don't join. Product-Market doesn't allow for corporate or individual goals to be hit. Executive team is clueless and lacks any accountability.
