Qualtrics was once a great place to work but poor leadership decisions and mismanagement have made this less than an ideal place to work and not somewhere you can build a career. Qualtrics compensation structure is well below industry average and their benefits are on par with its industry. Qualtrics lack of leadership and ability to adapt to their market are making it a much more difficult sales environment and I would highly recommend against accepting a position for this company

Qualtrics isn't what it used to be. Outdated sales leaders and way too high of Quota. 25% of reps hit on most teams if lucky. On a team of 7, most teams are hoping that 2 reps blow their number out while the other 5 struggle.

Their product is good but confusing to sell, the training on the product is also confusing. I had a fantastic manager, but maybe I just got lucky. Also their pricing for their product is not upfront, their product can literally cost anything and for me that was weird to sell and felt morally wrong, in fact I lost a few deals because the pricing wasn't transparent....Read More
