Qualtrics has amazing people and opportunities to advance your career but the leadership is always changing along with the product strategy. Feels like XM is a nice to have for most businesses which is an uphill battle. Overall 3.5/5 experience.

Overall experience: close team is awesome. Leadership not as great, but they have made some changes recently with the PE acquisition that appear to be the right moves to improve it. Want to see how they adjust ESPP / Equity comp structure under new ownership
