It was amazing for the past 10 years, but it’s now the shell of a culture and company they once were. It’s not transparent, the trajectory is uncertain, and leadership is silently disappearing. It’s evident they’re owned by a PE firm and it’s really no longer a fun company to work for.

They keep moving the goal post farther and farther, adding more tasks to the AEs plate, and seemingly seeing how much that can make us do without adjusting our pay.

Sales org used to be awesome, it has definitely gone down hill with the culture. Product is awesome and the company will be amazing again once it get's through it's growing pains with the PE firm.
