Former Employee Executive and senior leadership has become increasingly disconnected from front-line sales. So much bad news to deliver (return to office, selling company - again, taking away equity, multiple layoffs, outsourcing support roles overseas, etc.) I think they have isolated themselves in a way to protect them from the inevitable angst from front-line employees.
Decisions are made in a vacuum, and often don't reflect genuine concern for the employees, or even what is best for the organization, but many are knee-jerk decisions that demonstrate a myopic view of what needs to be done. Browse Other Reviews
