Compensation structure and sales incentives are off the charts. If you’re in a good vertical, in the right market unit, and work hard - you can make an insane amount of money

Its a game of how many resources leadership can take away to increase margins, while asking the sales team to do more. Comp structure is now horrible, need a PhD to figure it out and the underlying measures are wrong without a path to get someone to fix them. I'd look elsewhere unless...Read More

Current Employee2.6Nov 12, 2025Qualtrics has changed significantly and has become less sales friendly. Commission structure has weakened while adding more work to the AE's. Unfortunately favoritism still plays a key role with regards to who gets some on the best accounts and promotions.
