Great 2 years ago, not so much now. Lots of change with acquisitions and new leadership. Uncertain times ahead. Still very competitive compensation tho. Just need to be on the right team with the right manager to make things work in your favour

Great people and product. Overpriced. Territories get slashed every year while quotas go up every year

Continued changes to compensation have made it difficult to earn simply the same amount as prior years. Private equity is squeezing teams, we wear multiple hats that include, customer support, renewals, net new. Many reps had ramp quotas. Only fully ramped reps were able to meet their quota.
