Lots of turnover, toxic leadership unrealistic quotas led to zero job stability. 20 meetings a month with zero inbound. Had 3 managers in my tenure. The two good ones were terminated.

Great product and coworkers in US. Although price increases have been sprung on customers every year with zero added value, churn is high bc of this and a lot of the responsibility falls on AE’s. Overall, leadership has taken a position to micro-manage the Enterprise Expand segment. Commission rates have been adjusted down and quotas have been increased between 30%-50%. last year only 2 out of 20 AEs hit quota. Maybe another 2-3 were within 70% of their quota. It was a good place to enter Saas sales. Too many changes to comp plan and leadership is innovating the platform, but not with it's workers. 70% of company feels compensation is too low, but the software rocks.
