Current Employee Great product and coworkers in US. Although price increases have been sprung on customers every year with zero added value, churn is high bc of this and a lot of the responsibility falls on AE’s.
Awful leadership and useless middle managers. Vista is ruining this company. Brought in a new CRO middle 2024 who doesn’t have a clue. Micromanagement with little direction or actual building of sales skills. They only want you to learn their own internal processes.
If you’re an AE, you’ll likely enjoy working with your teammates. Manager is luck the draw. You’ll spend a lot of time doing non revenue generating activities.
They just laid off 13% of the company after quietly laying off 7% of the work force the previous year.
Overall, there are positives to be found and some money to be made but I can’t recommend working here at the moment.
