Former Employee Disappointing experience overall.
While most fellow AEs are hardworking and supportive, the company suffers from poor leadership and inconsistent direction. Management frequently shifts priorities and messaging, making it difficult to build momentum or see meaningful progress. In company wide meetings, rather than taking accountability, the CRO tends to gaslight the team with spin that doesn’t match reality on the ground. It’s tough to succeed when leadership can’t execute or own their mistakes.
