Former Employee2.4Apr 24, 2024The sales org changes continuously. Though there has been opportunity to be promoted within, the raises are small and virtually non-negotiable, with compensation far below market. I left prior to their first lay-off just last summer, but colleagues have told me morale has gone down (and of course quotas up) since.
