My overall view is Red Hat is a very well run organization. Technology is well suited for the market with tremendous brand recognition. The difficulty lied in alignment of goal with realistic account segmentation, especially in the enterprise space. As this evolves, the opportunity will be greater for the account executives and Red Hat overall.
