As IBM continues to take over, things are getting worse over here. Our plans changed and attainment is not being paid at the same %. If you come in at 100%, there calculations pay you at like 80%. The beginning of the end of a great company.

Overall my experience at Red Hat has been great! Great company and great people and a great culture. Slightly underpaid for the positions, but culture helps with that. Also the last couple of years quota has been very high. Majority of the reps are not hitting. I've crushed it two years in a row, but I'm exception

A lot of the business is related to renewals. The solution is very technical and it takes 6 to 9 months to ramp up
