Constant change in front line management. Accounts not aligned with geo's. Accounts change year or year. Im managing accounts that have had 5 reps in 12 months. Sales Ops makes doing our jobs even harder.

Culture is/was great, comp is low. Ripple effects of the IBM acquisition are kicking in along with lots of changes.
