My experience has been good overall. Compensation is comparatively good, but career progression is difficult for this role everywhere in EMEA. The colleagues are great and always willing to help. Good product-market fit and GTM strategy.

My overall experience has been positive and rewarding. The open culture is strong. Sales tools are broken and the sales compensation model is constantly shifting.

Absolutely incredible company. We have the best tech by far and have doubled our Openshift revenue from $1b to $1.5b in 2 years. My best friend right now is Broadcom, they keep gifting me business every day!!!

Grow is slowing to single digits, IBM is taking over the company by hiring IBM executives, the culture is really being crushed, and the company is being transformed to a slow growth company which doesn’t pay as well and has no upward mobility.
