Current Employee Sales dev org is just messy. Change in leadership or strategy frequently and lots of turnover. An inability to ID and target quality leads then personalize messaging well has resulted in activity requirements to keep rising - common to see people cold call 500+ times per day. PMF was strong but competitors have closed gaps. The company itself seems stable but the sales and sales dev org is struggling right now Browse Other Reviews
