KPIs have changed and targets increased. 3 different targets which have been harder to hit, and no influence on some targets. Makes it more difficult to hit targets/overachieve.

The amount of churn at the CRO level was borderline ridiculous. There are constant changes but since the majority of changes are made by sales enablement, it usually causes AEs to have to work more. Managers are alright but VP level and above are not great. For such a great product, the internal work environment is not good as everyone believes they will be let go...Read More

It’s amazing only if you now what you are doing. You might get a few lucky leads as a new rep but those highs will last for 2 quarters and the you will struggle a lot unless you put in 200%
