The amount of churn at the CRO level was borderline ridiculous. There are constant changes but since the majority of changes are made by sales enablement, it usually causes AEs to have to work more. Managers are alright but VP level and above are not great. For such a great product, the internal work environment is not good as everyone believes they will be let go due to the low performance of the company. Often management is expecting people not to be making their number which affects compensation and morale. I feel like the team is set up to fail - even with what I believe is the best product in the market.

It’s amazing only if you now what you are doing. You might get a few lucky leads as a new rep but those highs will last for 2 quarters and the you will struggle a lot unless you put in 200%

Remote has an excellent product. With all the drama going on with Deel and Rippling, they are in a great position to take significant market share. However, the sales and marketing leadership is significantly lacking. The company let go of their CRO and CMO, and didn't bother to replace either.
