Hard to keep up with the changing expectations and processes. They keep hiring/ adding to senior leadership while over 70% on of sales aren't hitting quota. They have moved to being a performance based company so they are handing out PIPs left and right to "normalize" them. But the PIP's are normally unattainable metrics so majority of people put on them leave before the plan is up to avoid being fired. Remote and flexible schedule.

Overall, my experience was positive. The product is best in class, and there is a ton of support for sales from other departments. C-level leadership has good business acumen, and Sales leaders emphasize the use of the MEDDPICC sales methodology. The company is in a great position to be successful.
