The base is greater than most SMB companies would provide and the quotas are very attainable. The lead flow process could be better and is constantly changing (just like every other company). Current Employee4.0May 2, 2024My experience at RingCentral has been positive, the product is create and they are constantly adding to the portfolio to stay ahead. The culture/people make RingCentral a fun place to work! There is a ton of change and you need to be able to adapt to the change. With the change sometimes comes unrealistic expectations from leadership with selling new products.
