Current Employee RingCentral has fallen from being a place I used to love to being a place that everyone is trying to get out of quickly.
Leadership severely lacks in communication and vision. They always talk about how great things are and how well we're doing as a company, when that is not the opinion of our customers.
Stock price drops, lay offs happen consistently, reps leave because no one is hitting quota. But every Town Hall meeting is spent talking about how "we crushed our number last quarter." The mid-level people that made the company culture what it is are jumping ship quickly. Leadership doesn't have a grasp anymore and it's obvious.
