Great organization that unfortunately, like many in the tech space, outgrew demand during the pandemic and had to do some serious rounds of layoffs over the past 2+ years which drastically impacted culture in a negative way.

Solid opportunity to hit quota. Lots of internal changes has moved goalpost for AE's. Return to Office 4 days a week next year is a bummer

The company's office policy lacks flexibility, with the CEO explicitly stating on an all hands call that if you want to work remote you won’t work at RingCentral much longer.
