Still a solid player in the competitive landscape. Culture has pros and cons, decent career growth opportunities and inclusivity but mixed bag around attitudes (a bit of ego at times). Workload expectations can be high sometimes but good money can be made from exceeding targets, that being said missing targets will result in being significantly under OTE. Overall, it’s not the best place out there But it’s certainly not anywhere near the worst. There’s still a lot of good people there.

The team, culture and product are strong but if you’re coming in as a BDR, it is difficult and tenuous to get promoted out of this role.

RingCentral used to be a place you could flourish in your career development and make money. Over the last year, lots of red tape and internal hurdles have been put into place making it difficult to do either.
