RingCentral is going downhill because of the crazy toxic sales culture. The forced RTO with 4 days a week is also ridiculous considering we sell software to enable remote work.

The company's office policy lacks flexibility, with the CEO explicitly stating on an all hands call that if you want to work remote you won’t work at RingCentral much longer. many leadership changes at the top, slow lead flow, changing partnerships, changing culture, rising quotas. Not a quality environment anymore like it used to be. monthly layoffs quietly for the past year, uncertain and unstable direction, lots of competition

My overall experience was okay. It was great when I started working there but about a year and a half in they changed the team structure and leads. I ended up doing more work with lower quality leads and a much more difficult time hitting quota.
