Good place to start your career. Saw lots of BDRs get placed into AM roles and other departments. Definitely a grind of a role though. Very crowded space.

many leadership changes at the top, slow lead flow, changing partnerships, changing culture, rising quotas. Not a quality environment anymore like it used to be. monthly layoffs quietly for the past year, uncertain and unstable direction, lots of competition

Solid opportunity to hit quota. Lots of internal changes has moved goalpost for AE's. Return to Office 4 days a week next year is a bummer

RingCentral is a great company. Culture is amazing and pay is fair for the role. It is very difficult to develop a career as they typically hire from outside for positions and don't necessarily promote from within unless you've been in an entry level position for 2-3 years or so.
