Former Employee4.3Jan 23, 2025A bit chaotic but we were making money and hitting quota so its a good place to make money, but a lot of stress and chaos.

Current Employee3.4Jul 24, 2025Very hard to be promoted despite their constant encouragement that you can move up. They'll tell you 12 months, you're not even allowed to interview until 12 months, then they will tell you 15-18 months, and next thing you know its 24 months. Hiring managers don't care to promote within, would rather go external for experience.

Current Employee3.6Aug 20, 2024My overall experience at RingCentral has been positive, and I overall feel supported in my role here. Some negatives I have found is that a very low % of BDRs are hitting quota, especially within the Enterprise space. Outdated prospecting strategies force you to go earn your keep, and think on your feet to develop new strategies.
