My overall experience at RingCentral has been positive, and I overall feel supported in my role here. Some negatives I have found is that a very low % of BDRs are hitting quota, especially within the Enterprise space. Outdated prospecting strategies force you to go earn your keep, and think on your feet to develop new strategies.

There is a dedicated team for inbound - most BDRs don't get inbound leads. Great management and friendly environment. Remote work no longer offered - all hybrid.

Good experience. RingCentral is well known more than when I was there which probably helps with market penetration there
