Overall my experience was solid. I learned about the HR tech industry and its common challenges that came with siloed systems. Culture wise it was fairly clicky but overall there were like minded people whom you'd be able to connect and collaborate with. Plenty of money to be made with a great starting base + commission as an SDR with a clear path to AE so id say it's worth taking a look.

Rippling is a fantastic product. However, over the years it has become convoluted with too many SKUs and difficult to understand for most end users.
