Former Employee Rippling is a great product but unfortunately there is very less ownership. As an SDR I used to take demos for unqualified prospects for practice with my managers positions and was made to take part in several projects which were all then discarded. There is also very bad bias against the India sales team as they are devoid of opportunity even against good performance.
