Unless you have a connection with leadership or background in PEO you likely will struggle. There isn’t enough training provided to setup reps for success who are hired without industry experience.

Cons: Work life here is very bad. As an AM, I have to often work 2 or 3 extra hours a day to keep up. Managers are hit and miss. I was lucky to have a very supportive manager.
