Cons: Work life here is very bad. As an AM, I have to often work 2 or 3 extra hours a day to keep up. Managers are hit and miss. I was lucky to have a very supportive manager. However, if you land with a super strict manager, your life is very difficult. One AM that was promoted from within left the company 3 weeks after because of her manager. Pro: Inbound leads are A LOT. You have difficult time managing the amount of inbound leads and opportunities. The products are pretty easy to sell. As an AM, at one point I had to manage 60+ active opps with a pipeline that was 5x my quota.

Hit quota or be out on a plan. Expect to work extra hours to do so. Processes change every month. Tough role to take on long term. Lots of shifts in your book.
